Why IPOSathi
What makes this different from a generic IPO table.
Live GMP, updated through the day
Grey market premium for every open and upcoming issue tracked from the day bidding opens — not a stale number from the morning.
Subscription split by category
QIB, NII and Retail subscription multiples for every issue — so you can see which category is driving demand, not just the headline number.
Allotment date and registrar in one place
Once allotment is out, jump straight to the right registrar — Link Intime, KFin, Bigshare or Skyline — without hunting for the correct status page yourself.
SME issues covered equally
SME IPOs get the same GMP tracking, subscription data and allotment detail as mainboard issues — not a single-line entry in a table.
Honest about GMP
GMP is labelled as an unofficial, unregulated indicator on every page — not promoted as a listing-price guarantee. We've also measured how accurate it actually is.
Notifications when it matters
Opt in to browser notifications for GMP updates, allotment results and new listings — no app download needed.
Everything under one roof
Looking for the latest IPOs in India? IPOSathi brings mainboard and SME issues, live GMP updates, subscription data and allotment status together, so you are not stitching the picture together from five different tabs.
Track All IPOs
Follow every mainboard and SME IPO in one place — open, upcoming and recently listed issues, with price bands, lot sizes and issue dates updated through each trading day.
Browse all IPOs →Check Allotment
Once allotment is finalised, jump straight to the right registrar — Link Intime, KFin, Bigshare or Skyline — without hunting for the correct status page yourself.

Every IPO open for subscription today is tracked live. Grey market premium, category-wise subscription and application trends all update through the bidding window — so the number you are looking at is the number right now.
Grey Market Premium
GMP is an unofficial, over-the-counter indicator of what a share is fetching before it lists. We track the daily movement so you can see the trend, not just today's number.
Subscription Status
Live subscription multiples split across QIB, NII and Retail, so you can see which category is actually driving demand on an issue before you apply.
Financials & Valuation
Three years of revenue, assets and profit alongside P/E, RoE and peer comparison — the numbers that tell you whether the premium is justified.
Easy application methods
There are two ways retail investors apply for an IPO in India. Both block the money in your own bank account until allotment — it never leaves your control.
UPI application
Apply through your broker's app using your UPI ID. You approve a mandate in your UPI app and the amount is blocked until allotment is finalised. The simplest route for most retail investors, capped at ₹5 lakh per application.
ASBA via net banking
Applications Supported by Blocked Amount — apply directly through your bank's net banking portal. The bank blocks the funds in your account. This is the route HNIs use, since it has no ₹5 lakh UPI ceiling.
How IPOSathi Analyzes Indian IPOs & Live Grey Market Data
Navigating Indian initial public offerings requires separating market hype from true business fundamentals. At IPOSathi, we track both Mainboard and SME IPOs by combining official SEBI RHP filings, exchange subscription metrics (BSE & NSE), and verified market sentiment indicators.
1. Data Verification & Sources
Price bands, lot sizes, issue dates, and quota reservations are directly cross-verified with company offer documents and registrar feeds (MUFG Intime, KFintech, Bigshare).
2. Objective GMP Tracking
Grey Market Premium (GMP) quotes are collected from multiple market desks and verified before publishing. We explicitly state that GMP is an informal indicator, not a guaranteed listing price.

IPO basics, answered
What is GMP in an IPO?+
GMP, or grey market premium, is the amount per share that buyers in an unofficial off-market are paying above an IPO's issue price before it lists. A GMP of ₹60 on a ₹300 issue implies an expected listing around ₹360. It is an unregulated sentiment indicator, not a guarantee.
How do I check my IPO allotment status?+
Allotment status is published by the issue's registrar — Link Intime, KFin Technologies, Bigshare or MUFG Intime — usually one working day after the issue closes. You can look yourself up by PAN, application number or demat client ID.
What is the difference between a mainboard IPO and an SME IPO?+
Mainboard IPOs list on the main NSE and BSE platforms and must meet larger size and track-record requirements. SME IPOs list on the NSE Emerge or BSE SME platforms, are smaller, and carry a much larger minimum lot — often ₹1 lakh or more — so they are aimed at investors who can take on more risk.
When are IPO shares credited and when does listing happen?+
India follows a T+3 listing timeline, where T is the issue closing date. The basis of allotment is finalised on T+1, blocked funds are released and shares credited to demat accounts on T+2, and the stock lists and begins trading on T+3.
Does applying for more lots improve my chances of allotment?+
Not in the retail category of an oversubscribed IPO. Once retail is covered more than once, every valid application is reduced to a single lot and selected by a computerised draw, so a large application and a minimum one have the same odds.
