- Fresh Issue vs OFS: Fresh issue capital stays with the company for growth, whereas Offer for Sale (OFS) proceeds go to exiting promoters or private equity investors.
- Anchor Investor Book: Anchor allocations are announced one working day before the public open date. Participation by top domestic mutual funds (HDFC, ICICI, SBI) signals high institutional conviction.
