Strengths
According to the company, its strengths are:
- Strong financial performance with consistent growth.
- A good position to benefit from the growth of lab-grown diamond jewellery.
- Manufacturing backed by in-house design and technology.
- An integrated B2B and D2C business model with a growing, diversified customer base.
- A skilled in-house workforce, which helps with quality control and reduces dependence on outside job work.
Risks to Consider
- Short track record: The company began operations only in July 2022, so it has just a few years of history.
- Acquisition effect: FY26 includes Ayaani after the July 2025 acquisition, so part of the growth may not be organic. Year-on-year comparisons need care.
- Working capital needs: ₹70 crore of the proceeds goes to working capital, which suggests the business needs a lot of working capital to grow.
- Valuation: A post-issue P/E of 19.38x and price-to-book of 4.96x are above the P/E of every listed jewellery peer shown above.
- Dilution and promoter stake: The fresh issue adds about 33.5% more shares, cutting EPS from ₹5.17 to ₹3.87. The promoter holding falls to 43.51%.
- Product focus: The business depends on one category, gold jewellery studded with lab-grown diamonds.
