Risks to Consider
- Short track record: incorporated in 2020, with the profit jump concentrated in FY26 after nearly flat income in FY25.
- Leverage: debt/equity was 1.79 in FY26, and the largest object is debt repayment rather than growth.
- Single boutique, outsourced production: sales come through its boutique and manufacturing depends on a supply partner.
- Valuation: a price-to-book of 7.47x is high, and ROE is flattered by a small net worth base.
- Dilution: the fresh issue adds 13.50 lakh shares, about 31% of the post-issue share count.
- SME liquidity: SME stocks trade in lots with lower volumes and wider spreads. Read about SME IPO liquidity risks.
