The company offers AI-enabled workflow and analytics tools, including AI-driven recommendations and content-generation features. These tools work with existing IT systems to automate processes and support data-based decision-making. Its services include enterprise planning, data engineering, analytics, application development, and Generative AI solutions—designed to support the growing use of cloud platforms and AI-powered decision systems. Its Proprietary platforms and products include GenXAI Smart IP (Invoice Processing), Sales Incentive Compensation Management, and GenAI Engine. The company works with clients in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, technology, telecom, and BFSI sectors. GenXAI has overseas presence in Singapore, the United States (California and Texas), and presence across multiple Indian cities including Jaipur, Mumbai, Indore, Lucknow, Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Pune. As of March 31, 2026, the company had a total workforce of 116 employees on a standalone basis, including 14 contractual consultants.
